"A warning to all current and potential State Farm customers. I was a customer of State Farm for 22 years. I had zero home claims and minimal auto claims during this time. In the summer of 2024, my youngest child had two minor auto accidents (<5mph and no injuries). In Aug 2025, I received a call from Charlotte's office (not Charlotte) informing me that my child was excluded from our auto policy. When I challenged this absurdity, I was told that corporate State Farm made the decision. I have dropped all State Farm coverage as it is clear that loyalty means nothing to this organization and that my local agent is powerless and indifferent."
